Service King did an excellent job repairing a “side-swipe” incident that damaged several areas on my SUV. Those with whom I spoke understood the repair process really well, including time and expense. The office worker similarly understood the process, including repair, insurance, and rental car procedures. Overall, they reflected confidence that all would work out well, and indeed it did!

I've been waiting for my vehicle's spare parts (battery and bumper) for more than a month. He pointed out that my vehicle was parked at their facilities for a month and what they did was put a Chinese bumper of such poor quality that it came out of the pins that go in the metal, the workshop wants my car to stay parked all that time. The work they do is extremely lousy. I have a 2020 Toyota Corolla, which was hit on May 10. I then took it to this workshop sent by Jayco, my insurance. After a month, the workshop delivered my vehicle to me. It should be noted that when I delivered the I delivered the vehicle in perfect condition when they delivered it to me, the vehicle did not start, in addition to that they put a Chinese brand bumper on me, my vehicle was totally original, the paint job was totally awful, very unprofessional and I told this to the manager of the place He told me that they were going to rectify my vehicle today, September 12, the workshop has not given me an answer as to when they are going to fix my vehicle again, my vehicle is still poorly painted and I cannot turn it on since they have not responded for its damage to my battery It should be noted once again that the vehicle was delivered in perfect condition and it lasted a month in its facilities, its staff is exactly a man named Raul and a new manager who They were very rude to me and told me that they were not going to answer me for absolutely nothing. I had to call my insurance directly so that my insurance would call the garage directly. Even so, when I tried to pass my insurance they tried to avoid me and not talk. Attached is the appalling job the shop did.

I have 3 core complaints, 1- Their estimation of time and expectation they give you to fix something is terrible and not even close to accurate. Their automatized message/ text reminder don't mean anything. They change my completion date multiple times with no communication. In a single day i got 3 updated delivery dates. When I called in they said the automotive message aren't accurate and I would have to call to get the real updates. 2- They only fixed 1/2 of the damage and told me my tow hitch is suppose to be bent. When I talked to someone on the phone they told me they were fixing it. Then when I picked up my truck they said the insurance denied it, but when i called the insurance they said they never even requested to fix it. They simply just straight forgot about it. 3-When picking up my truck it was dirtier than when i dropped it off. I hate to scratch green over spray paint off my truck in several spots, they jumped in and out of it with dirty/muddy boots and did a very poor job cleaning it. Don't waste your time with this body shot. I will never work with them again

I have had my car for 2 months and 3 weeks jeep renegade and it has not been a good experience see the comments... I would not give you good references at all...
