Never received my $400.00 gift card.Its now been 5 months and still no card.I have tried resolving this issue. And all I have gotten is lies and false promises. I'm now trying to file a false advertising.

I was thinking about trying Dish TV as they are offering a $400 gift card to new customers but after reading these horrible reviews. A 1.3 rating out of 5 stars is unheard of in this industry. I will stay with AT&T U-verse rather than subjecting myself with this bunch of cons. Thanks for your reviews as you have saved me tons of grief from your comments and reviews. They are lying thief’s!! Do not use them for tv service. Is spectrum or Direct Tv. If you do use them don’t leave your credit card on file they take money without authorization. And I’m not talking about monthly billing either. They took extra money out.

If your service was started with Dish thru their website or thru a independent authorized retailer (like us), they will be able to assist you with your request.
