It's not bad most people don't like to go there it's better than some other offices but I try not to have to go there unless it's an emergency or they ask me to come in it can be very busy at times and then it can be not very busy it's different for everyone

Stay clear of these 3 guys that are outside of this office building. I am sure they are stealing identities and social security numbers. I applied for this tablet they had outside and the Spanish guy tells me oh I just checked your credit you don’t qualify. I said I thought it goes by your case not your credit score. Plus has my social security number and took a picture of my ID on his personal cellphone. I know he’s not supposed to do that. My friend just so happened to take a picture of the guy. It’s 3 guys that we’re doing this. They might be opening up credit cards with all the customers personal information. Be careful out here.

Extraordinarily endearing.

This office isn't open for business. When it was open it was for single adults.

Yes i have that same problem, no one answers the phone , and u cant.leave a message because voicemail its full
Sadly 6 months and no one can help this woman
No. Cards are given at 227 Schermerhon Street, Brooklyn,New York 11201
If you call the toll free number and request a replacement card they tell you that they will immediately suspend your current card and you have to wait for the new one to arrive. I don't know about you, but I need my card to remain active until the new one arrives. So, I opted to stop the process. I will most likely go to the office and request one since nobody answers and the voicemail at all of the branches are full, clear indication they don't check it to return phone calls as they say they will in the message.
You can go to a shelter and it helps you there is one called path
