This is my first Google review, how exciting. First, Dr. Verral and Dr. Pollinger are two very great doctors -- that should look to remove office staff or work at a different office all together. As a healthcare professional myself, I understand how draining working in an office and answering the same questions can be; however, having many years of customer service myself, sometimes you just gotta get through the day the best you can and faking a good attitude/smile won't kill you. It may even make for a better review, but what do I know. My family has been seeing Dr. Verral for probably 15 years and Dr. Pollinger since she joined the practice a few years ago. I saw Dr. Pollinger in the Malta office this past March and received my bill in May, which a payment plan promptly set up and started being paid monthly. Fast forward to August 1st where I receive a 'Final Collection Notice', funny as I never received an 'Initial' notice to begin with. This letter claims that my account is past due or that my monthly payment is late, though the record shows neither is true -- stated by two woman in billing we reached out to. My mother and I both called to clarify, and obtained two different stories while receiving rude remarks and false claims. My mother was told that NONE of our family members could be seen until my bill was paid. The woman I spoke to stated that this wasn't actually said and "it was my mothers choice to cancel the appointments" and that she must've misunderstood. My mother, a Registered Nurse and recurring patient, did not misunderstand and did not want to cancel those appointments as we see a dermatologist for a reason. Additionally, the woman I spoke with could not give me a definite answer as to why I was receiving this notice. That being said, they have lost 3 patients d/t staff being patronizing and lacking any understanding or even reason in this situation. I hope they can make some positive changes in the future because there are too many negative reviews here for them to continue what they are doing and expect people to want to come back. My family and I like to remain reasonable people but this was too much not to mention to others as the stress we felt from the situation was entirely infuriating.

Never even became a patient, office staff was obnoxious, rude and difficult to work with before first appointment. Canceled and went to a different office.

Very difficult procedures for making appointments. Need to be seen at least within 3 years of being an established customer or you have to fill out all your paperwork again as a new customer. Then they it takes a couple days for then to put the info in the computer to even get an appt. Then your appt. is months booked out. With todays technology procedures should be quick and easy.
