I would leave no star if I had the option. Went to return some items but little did II know if there worn or washed they can't be returned. I had a dress, NEVER WORN NEVER WASHED with the tag off and the MANAGER SAID IT SMELLED LIKE DETERGENT SO SHE WOULD NOT LET ME RETURN IT. I told her I didn't wash it I didn't wear it all I did was take the tag off. But she "smelled detergent" and refused the return. BUYER BEWARE. READ THE FINE PRINT FOR RETURNS. I WILL NEVER SHOP MACYS AGAIN. Of course I had to throw a few choice words at her on my way out. This store has the worst return policy ever. You'd better not try returning something if it smells like detergent because they will deny it. Because they're right. 🤬🤬

macy’s has gone down hill over the years, this one had an okay selection, relatively clean, and really great staff. they ask you if you need and help and if you say you don’t they leave you alone
