Absolutely terrible. Salesperson was nice, 300 dollar delivery fee. No negotiation. That's fine. Don't bother asking for a delivery after 6pm (when my wife and I are home from work) because evidently it's a MACYS delivery driver that MACYS has zero control over the delivery time on a 3 thousand order. ZERO. I guess they don't need my money.

Ok they didn't have what I wanted I hate when they post stuff and the store don't have it Macy's been doing this a lot I hope someone would let them know that's not right if it's not in the store you should not post it or can't order it online

They likely arnt monitoring google review/questions. If suggest calling or going by...they may be old school with technology but they have very competitive prices and are very helpful
