Spent two nights with friends to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely beautiful, serene location looking west across the Chesapeake Bay. Rooms are very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. We took advantage of the picnic tables and porches to bring lunch and dinner in. I was especially touched by a small bouquet of wildflowers and a birthday wish that they put in my room. Can't wait to go back!!

Beautiful setting great scenery. One of the nicest B&B's! Breakfast was divine. Staff was great. It's an old house but felt cozy. There's a common refrigerator where you can keep some drinks/snacks. There's a mile long nature trail and the views were amazing! Highly recommend this place. I wouldn't recommend bringing your kids. Do yourself a favor and go with your significant other and just enjoy the peace and the scenery.

My wife and I had been to Wades Point in a few times previously but it has been several years. It was both refreshing and surprising to see the property was retained and kept as remembered. The property is beautiful with a mix of woods, fields, trails, wildlife and of course the Chesapeake bay. The views make you want to put your cell phone away. This is the place to go for a relaxing time with minimal “modern day” distractions. Beth and Sherry are very accommodating and take the time to greet and talk to guests. They made a birthday and anniversary for my wife special with flowers from their garden. We enjoyed our varied breakfast set outs both mornings. Being Memorial Day weekend there was a Fallen Soldier tribute arranged at the dining room table that was much appreciated. We plan to be back again hopefully before long. Chuck & Connie SAylor

We absolutely loved Wades Point Inn! The breakfasts were amazing, and they were very accommodating of my daughter's tree nut allergy, remembering this at every meal. And speaking of meals, the food was delicious - parfaits, fresh fruit, tiny pancakes with strawberries, homemade biscuits, cinnamon rolls, egg dishes - the works. Our room was clean, quiet, and had a terrific view of the water. The property is huge and features lots of places to walk, plus lovely swings and hammocks. Beth and Sherry and the entire staff were super nice and had lots of tips on local restaurants and things to do. We felt Covid-safe as we ate breakfast on the outdoor/screened porch every day. We can't wait to go back! Thank you for a much-needed getaway.

I don't believe so. If I remember well, it's because of all the wildlife around, to protect it.
