They were closed early at 10pm because they say they were short staffed. Ok I get that, but at least put a sign up or answer the drive thru line instead of 10 cars just being lined up waiting for service that is never going to happen. We saw cars leaving but the line thought they were making and placing orders. Come to find out they were just sitting at the window and eventually giving up. Nobody once said "we are closed" I eventually went to the actual window. When I suggested a sign or at least answer your headphones and tell people. It's called communication!!

This place is so reasonable it's about the only places reasonable anymore so always check out the dollar menu believe you met you can get satisfied

Everyone who has ever worked there. Have been so kind and warm. I have bad kidneys. I pulled up to the drive through on a HOT DAY. I ordered a water and asked for a large. I'd pay what ever it cost. The lady said we don't care for water and was so pleasant and sweet. I highly recommend this Taco Bell in Smithfield. Angels work there. Tracy Redditt

Rude for no reason. Me and my family tried to go inside to eat but didn't realize they were still drive thru only. There's no signs posted on the doors or we wouldn't have tried to go in. Employee with an attitude problem was rude when we asked about the inside being closed. We weren't even talking to her, she interrupted and talked over the employee at the drive thru. Drove off and would rather cross the bridge to go to another taco bell. Sad when Hampton and NN have better customer service
