We actually went for the tea. We had made reservations several months in advance for my mother’s trip to town (she’s 90). When we got there, they didn’t have a table for us. Said they had “made a mistake” and shouldn’t have taken reservations because they had a wedding. When we expressed our disappointment, they then said they had “left a message” although there was no message on my phone. Deeply disappointing from a customer service perspective.

What a fun place to spend a night or the weekend! Beautiful rooms and fantastic staff that made us feel right at home. The food was great and the Jazz show Saturday night, featuring the Marianne Solivan Quartet was better than New York! Thank you so much!

Charming Inn. The staff are fantastic. Very welcoming and fun best eggs for breakfast. Room was large. No TV. The bathroom sink was very small with no vanity whatsoever and I do think the carpets have seen their day. But it is very charming. Experienced and friendly bartender and Leslie is a HUGE asset. We stayed during heatwave and the AC was great Jazz band on Thursday night very talented.

Awesome little place! We stopped here as part of the Friends of Ancient Road Transportation Tour. We were served a fantastic buffet lunch as the group had organized a lunch. Friendly and attentive staff and beautiful location. Eating right out front was gorgeous and fun. Would like to stay the night sometime. The owner was very friendly and took lots of good picture of the cars and welcomed us.
