The dirtiest filthiest thorntons I have ever been in. Urine on floors in mens and Womens. Water on floors. Doors in bathroom were coming off hinges. What a shame For a new location. Printer at pump broken also

My husband and I stopped here to fill our van with diesel and shower after breaking down for 3 days in Alabama on our way back from a vacation in Florida. We have an alternative style mind you. Naturally after not being able to shower for 3 days we were excited to shower. My husband went first because we have a dog and didn't want to to leave her alone in the van. I had my husband walk me in so I could get a shower for myself (I've got social anxiety). When we went back in the lady at the register was clearly drunk and rude. Told us there were no clean showers, that's understandable. The part that bothered me most was that the manager came over and told us that if we wanted to do "hanky panky" to go to the one across the street. Acted like we were there to cause trouble. Unprofessional, and beyond rude.
