HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I always put 'DELIVER LOWER ENTRANCE' on my shipments... The driver 'insists' on continuing to deliver to the 'wrong' location. I have called FedEx repeatedly and FINALLY the manager from the New Albany terminal called me back after she got the last message and apologized. She said she had talked to the manager of the driver and he was familiar with my place because he used to deliver here himself and that he would straighten it out with the driver. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. The result is FedEx CONTINUES TO DELIVER TO THE WRONG LOCATION. I put a sign on the 'metal' building (which clearly does not look like the LOWER ENTRANCE anyway) which reads in large bold letters "FEDEX - THIS IS NOT THE LOWER ENTRANCE - DELIVER TO GARAGE BETWEEN CARS (with an arrow pointing to the garage) THANK YOU". So today, yet again, A LARGE PACKAGE GETS DELIVERED IN THE GRASS NEXT TO THE METAL BUILDING 75 FEET FROM WHERE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. So I try to call the manager, who told me to call her if any problems, and I can't get through on her number. I called the terminal in New Albany - no answer - goes to a fax machine after several rings. In addition, you can't get anybody on the phone at the corporate customer service number. The end result? I HAVE DECIDED TO STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES THAT WILL ONLY SHIP FED EX. I can't handle lugging any more packages down the driveway. PATHETIC
