This location operates Libby’s BBQ in suffolk, they deliver via door dash. This review is for that operation. I am a small business owner. I would never leave a customer out to dry like this restaurant did. We received about a quarter of the food we ordered. (Potentially taken by the driver) When I called the restaurant, we got a “we really can’t help you, we did everything right, you’ll have to contact door dash.” What food we did receive was good, so at least there is that. That’s why it’s a two-star review. I do understand that there is a certain way that restaurants have to operate when they offer doordash, but there should be a way to work it out with them directly.

It's Ruby Tuesdays. Server was great. They paid attention but didn't hover. Food came out super quickly, but in the end, the food was sub-chain level expectation. My 6 year old didn't want to eat the Mac and Cheese..

Excellent service!! The waitress Rosa and the other staff, including the manager were overly attentive. So pleasant. Best service we've had in a while. The food was piping hot, and delicious! Would highly recommend this restaurant.

I came back to give an updated review after having a tasty experience with my drink Dakota fixed me and wonderful server experience Brandon gave!!! I don't know when they came on board to this location but they both are a great asset to the team and I hope they are treated as such. I should have also asked whom the cooks were Tuesday night (2/8/22) b/c my ribs and loaded cheese fries were smacking!!! After a long day at work it was all worth it, Thanks you guys and I will return for sure.
