I ordered a red and white spray arrangement for my sister's visitation service. I can't remember the ladies name that helped me but she was so patient while I tried to explain what I wanted and how I wanted the card to look. The arrangement turned out so pretty it made me cry. I wanted something special for my sister and it turned out gorgeous. I explained how I wanted the card and what was to be written on it. It was kind of lengthy with words. She did it exactly, if not better, than I imagined it could be. I will definitely call them when I need flowers again. Thank you for a job well done.

Can I give ZERO stars?! I visited this establishment on or about June 23rd to book my September 4th wedding. Gave the older lady all my wishes (four bouquets, three boutonnières). Told her when I would be picking up the bouquets etc. I …You were NEVER told that you can pay for a wedding order on the day it is picked up. When you called today to ask when it needed to be paid for, I noticed that I had given you an estimate but no money was put down, to book the event. We ALWAYS require a non-refundable deposit to book a wedding. A business can not order specific flowers, make them and hope someone shows up to pick it up without any kind of a deposit down. If you don't remember being aware of this, I'm very sorry. I would have tried to help you at the last moment on this order but it turned real ugly, real quick. I am glad to hear though that you were able to find a florist to help you.
