I went to long John silver's to get my family food this place always messed up my order not ones but twice everytime I ask for what I want they always messed it up plus the food is cold not hot.they charge my card to take money out of it plus they don't give you what you asked for

Was so excited to find a LJS after 20 years. Sadly, this was the filthiest restaurant I've ever seen with the slowest, dumbest service in the world. Literally every person in the restaurant got the wrong order. The young lady working the register had the personality of a zombie. Didn't speak a word and did everything she was supposed to wrong. It's too bad. People want it to succeed.

Ordered the same thing my wife did,she Ordered chicken but I got fish. Food was very greasy and was way over priced. Won't be going there again!!

Lobster bites were good.. Typical fried food Fish a little to extra crispy for me... 1 young lady doing it all front cashier and drive thru. Greated us when we came in with a smile and a welcome. A couple ahead of us, she had small talk with them as she took there order. Welcomed drive thru car told them she will be right with them.. I didn't catch her name sadly, we were there last week.. August 29- September 1st. She came out to dining room ask everyone how's there food.. If we needed refills.. A MEMO to restaurant owner, restaurant manager and GM of this Long John Silver. This young lady is an asset to your restaurant. I do hope you give her the recanation she deserves as well as the back of the house as well, the cook,and others on that shift as well... Downfall of this restaurant the dining room floors really, really need alot of degreaser on it. I almost fell cause the floors were extremely slippery.. Them floors are a slip and fall liability.. Clean them soon before someone gets hurt. Just a suggestion put your wet floor sign out..
