Ordered online 1.5 hours ahead of time. Arrive at 7 as scheduled, get told it’s not ready yet I see 5 pies sitting there. After waiting 10 minutes for my pizza to get cold they ask my name again and sure enough those 5 pies are mine. Nicely done papa Johns 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I placed an order with an expected delivery of 40ish minutes...almost 2 hours went by...I fell asleep...I contacted the store and the manager refunded me 100% and put my order in again. Another 40ish min time frame...delivery pulled up with 2 of everything I ordered. Needless to say...I wasn't expecting that. Thank you team at...5113 Oaklawn Blvd, Hopewell, VA 23860

i paid 40$ for food that i never got. tried calling the store to talk to someone and every time they hung up on me. tried to talk to the online support chat and they told me that if i couldn’t reach the store i could fill out a corporate complaint form and someone would “eventually get back to me”. edit: i’m still waiting on someone to get back to me. don’t order from here. hopefully management can get it together one day.
