The office staff us the best. Very professional very customer service based. From the beginning I walked until I walked out they were amazing. Dr. Cox was extraordinary and I very highly impressed with his accuracy and skill set.

First meeting was in December. I was referred to this place by another Ortho for surgery, Dr. Cox was great but his surgery scheduler was the worst. Was told to call her to set everything up and she never answers. Called me the first time to say she was working on stuff. Didn't hear anything for a few weeks so I called to check, left voicemail no answer to no call back. After 3 times I sent an email to the general email box and she called back the next day with so much attitude that she was just so busy. I finally waited a few MONTHS its now April. Called no answer or call back. I found a new Ortho. And surgery was completed within 2 weeks with no issues and a staff who fully keeps me informed. Don't waste your time here. Being in pain for an extra 4 months was not worth it.

I was amazed with the level of compassion Dr Cox and his staff have. To hear genuine empathy from an Orthopedic Surgeon was mind boggling. They take time to listen to you as well as answer questions. I highly recommend going here out of any Orthopedic Clinic in Orlando

From the minute I walked in the door I was met with a very polite and accommodating front desk staff. The medical assistant who took my information was great. The x-ray technician was fun and very professional. My appointment was with Dr. Jacob. Loved him! I was there for cortisone injections in both shoulders. Absolutely painless!! I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a great orthopedic doctor.
