picked up my 14' Classic this week, and Josh was nothing short of excellent. Had to drive up from Chicago to retrieve the boat due to shipping difficulties, but Josh accommodated me by coming in on his day off just so I could take delivery. He even took the time give me a demo on how to get in and out of the boat properly, which I must have not payed even attention to since I dumped myself into the water about 30 minutes later! (I hope Josh gets a laugh from this!). Love the boat, cannot say enough good things about Hornbeck. Thanks Josh and Holly!

I picked up my boat first thing on Saturday, July 30th 2022. Overall I feel good about the process. Expect the boat to take some time to be completed. These are handmade when they are ordered, and the quality is excellent. This takes time and needs to be done correctly so the boat will last a lifetime. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The price is good considering what you are getting. I recommend trying all the boats that interest you. I went there thinking I was going to buy a New Trick, ended up by buying the 13' Classic. Listen to the staff and they will explain the differences in each model. I am biased as a fellow Adirondacker and wanted to support a local business. Hornbeck makes this easy by offering a top notch boat designed for use here in the park.

Very pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Josh was very patient with my dad and his questions. He did a great job with our demo group. Can't wait to get the new boats out!
