All the above plus 24/7 guarded entry, guards drive the entire premises periodically during day & night. Access to & use of fully equipped woodshed workshop, greenhouse, 2 large community rooms, plus several smaller buildings for other activities. Yoga, inside walking, pool exercise, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, corn hole, stained glass, quilting, ceramics, bingo, trivia, cards, gym, several pools, full service restaurant, acres of lakes & trees, and I'm sure I have forgotten many. Plus enough rules to keep our little piece of paradise clean, peaceful & beautiful. A MUST SEE in my opinion. Nothing in the area compares.
They average about $95000 Some really nice ones can sell for $200000
