Always a pleasant visit! When I had an issue with the ATM, Capital one workers Keith & Tee were very helpful! Keith guided me & help me make my deposit. Tee was very friendly & kept checking on me. I always received a nice free drink along with a goodie bag! Capital one & the Peet’s coffee workers are always nice!

It should be noted that I didn't purchase anything on my visit, so I don't have any experience with that end of this business. That being said this is an incredibly convenient location that has public bathrooms, friendly staff throughout, and provides a no strings attached break from wandering around the rest of Cary St. Looks like it would be a great spot to study or have a small public meeting as well with many cozy nooks.

The customer service folks here were extremely helpful to me! They helped me get my money back into my account from a cashier’s check that I requested to be sent to a settlement company, but the company never cashed it. The settlement company just mailed it back to me! After the customer service advisor and I waded through the phone tree, we finally found the solution. Capital One Cafe offered to overnight mail my cashier’s check to the company headquarters for a refund. My money was returned to me within a day of the headquarters receiving the check. Thank you Capital One!
