I’ve had so many bad experiences at dunkin but yesterday was the worst. So I placed my order at 9:12 on the app then drove to the store. I get there around 9:15 and there’s only 3-4 card in front of me so I’m already thinking this is gonna take awhile. So finally there’s only one more car in front of me and it’s taking forever so I’m thinking this person probably ordered 5 drinks or something, nope they ordered 1 small coffee. I’m extremely irritated at this point and when I pull up to the window and tell them I have the mobile order they tell me they haven’t started it yet and I’m gonna have to pull forward, sorry what? I ordered this 25 mins ago and it’s not ready? So I start to pull forward and I hear one of the girls say I’m not going out to her car. So I just drive away. I really don’t understand the incompetence of these workers I ordered one drink ahead of time and to them it seems like I ordered the whole menu. This place needs better management better workers and better costumer service.

I waited over 10 minutes at the counter before anyone even acknowledged I was there. When I arrived I was the first customer at the counter. By the time they acknowledged me and came over there were five people behind me. I ordered a large ice coffee and 10 munchkins. Is it weird that she didn’t ask what I wanted she just started randomly tossing them in a box? I waited 15 more minutes for my ice coffee. That was a total of almost 30 minutes - and I was the first in line! Since I had so much time to stand there I was able to notice how dirty the floors and behind the counter was. The dining area looked like it hasn’t been swept in a week and it was 9 am. I finally received my order, got in my car, and took a sip of my coffee. Of course she made it wrong and it’s disgusting. So after all that my coffee went in the trash. I want my $10 and 30 minutes of my life back.

This is the absolute slowest and most ridiculous Dunkin’ Donuts. For whatever reason the lobby is still closed with a fully staff and they pick and choose when to open it. What is the point of having a mobile order if I have to wait 30 minutes to get it. The app’s purpose is null and void at that point. Also There is a black male “manager” I guess who is extremely rude. Every time I have encountered him , it seems as though he has woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

I saw more people leave the line then stay in theine and i realized why when it was my turn. Of my 5 items ordered they didn't have 3. And for .my drink they didn't have an xl cup. They also did not prep ahead. They gathered my donuts and made my drink while i was at the window. They only had 2 people working, but at least they didn't open the lobby or it would have been worse.
