Definitely do not recommend this hotel!!! As I always do at hotels before I get situated, I checked for bed bugs…didn’t have any bed bugs, but the stains had big blood stains on them!!! I don’t even know how the person missed the stains while making the bed because they were clearly noticeable. We took the sheets down to the front desk and the MANAGER working didn’t say much about it, didn’t apologize to us about the stains or anything. Also, I booked a King size suite, didn’t even get the king size bed like I was suppose to get. Also happened with my brother who was staying at the same hotel as us. I’m not sure if the hotel is low on workers or what, but as I’m walking through the hotel I see little kids probably around 10 years old cleaning some of the hotel rooms, so who knows if the rooms got cleaned the proper way. Definitely will not be staying at the hotel again.

Pool out of order, room not ready at check in, foot prints on bathroom floor. Guy at the counter letting us know that staff called in so he was having to put in too many hours, and the manager was cleaning the rooms, all while having a huge wad of tobacco in his lip.

No coffee. No real breakfast options. Side door was not locked at night so security comes in to question. Rooms were good, mostly clean but missed some "white glove" areas. Was going to leave a 3 star review but then my wife had to go and get a new door key activated and the lady (no name tag) at the desk was very rude. This is no longer a Best Western so the standards are at the owners whim.

Just wanted to say I felt so bad for the gentleman working during this busy weekend. He was so nice and was so professional. He made our stay by just how he carried himself. He handled the power being out and the system going out like a true rock star. many were upset about the system going out and not being able to assign rooms which was not his fault but he did such a great job doing the best he can. I loved my stay but I have to say the staff here are true gems and make it more than a great stay, from when we checked in to the breakfast I have to commend the staff for being great ! so hard to find great people really doing their best and showing just how much they care about their jobs. owners should be proud of the great people they have here and know they really have a great team here. A+++
