I was always very happy with Dr Shulman’s office, however recently it’s just become too difficult being a patient there. They went under new management around the time I had an appointment last year, so I excused the disorganization and all the new paperwork I needed to fill out. However, when it came time to make an appointment this year, I just couldn't get anyone on the phone. Not only that, but their website doesn’t seem to work either. After a few days of trying to reach someone, I had to look for another OB.

I have been a patient for about 5 years and have been for the most part happy with the care. However, I have been trying to contact them for three days now and am only getting a busy signal. Since my insurance only allows me to go every two years, I have been trying to call them to find out when I was there last. Are they even still in business?

I have been a patient of Dr. Lambert's for over 5 years and am disappointed with the path the practice has taken. Heathrow OBGYN is now a women's center and conducts themselves as such. I had to fill out new patient paperwork online that was very invasive that had very little to do with my OB health. The paperwork wasn't in their system so I had to answer all these questions again at the time of my visit. To top it off, Dr. Lambert treated me as a new patient and didn't recall my prior history or visits. It seemed as if she didn't even read my file as I was treated as a brand new patient and she said, "It was nice to meet me"! I don't expect her to remember every patient, but at least look at the file of the patient you are examining before entering the room. I miss the days of a cloth gown and a warm washcloth at the end of my visit. Be prepared for a paper half top with a paper blanket to cover yourself. I will be looking for a new OB, as I deserve better treatment for myself other than just being another number or patient that is not recognized.

This is the WORST obgyn office I have ever stepped into, they were the most disrespectful unhelpful unprofessional staff I’ve ever came in contact with the ultrasound “manager” was by the far the worst .
