I used to be a fan of t webber, they have gone off the rails with their pricing. I had them put a reverse osmosis system in 2 years ago, cost about 3k. It has been leaking since I put it in. The original person told me it leaks when It gets backed up. I had an appointment to get the filter changed Thursday, I was given no time frame and then they called and said they were minutes away when I was 25 minutes away from home at work. They rescheduled for Saturday, would not tell me when, showed l at 6pm, they said the leaking was the fault of the faucet company that put a hole in the side of their faucet but doesn't know why, that faucet came from t webber by the way. They then tried to charge me almost $800 to change the filters. I said no because that's ridiculous, my family had theirs done for less than $170. They then charged me $52 just for coming and doing nothing. I am never calling t webber again. .
