Excellent food and service! I came gluten free and was served hot, fresh gluten free bread and oil. The Risotto (also made gluten free for me) was perfection. My husband had the Steak marinated with Frangelico and said it was amazing as well. We are foodies, Italian, and from a place where we eat a lot of Italian food. Cathryn's did not disappoint! Our server was Rudy! He went above and beyond to make our evening wonderful and had such a warm smile. Rudy even put on a fresh pot of coffee for my husband. The food came out quickly which was great because we were starving. We came at 7pm on a Sunday and were worried about it being too late but the restaurant's business really picked up around then. They sat us immediately and were extremely accommodating. We never felt rushed. The ambiance is so relaxing too. We will be back when we visit Cold Spring again!

Good Covid safety practices seen when we had dinner on Feb. 21, 2021. All staff wore masks, tables had plenty of space between, etc. Excellent food and service!
According to the web they are open on Monday too.
