Exceptional Service. Laurie was professional and knowledgeable. Family owned business. They had everything I wanted. Also the bike I wanted and set it up for me. I will be going back and highly recommended. I even got a coffee. Most important, reasonable prices. 3/22- I went back a few more times. I even purchased another bike. The customer service is exceptional. After my 1st Trail Ride, I thought I blew the seals on the forks. They checked it out & got me back on the road. Highly recommended 9/22- My Specialized Fuse bike rear hub failed while riding on the trail. I brought it in and Paul & the staff did an incredible job of filing the warranty paperwork & repairing my bike in 1 week! Can't ask for better service or turn around. Thank you so much.

Let me start off by saying I know nothing about bikes, but I know whatever my significant other was trying to do his was not it. I went in with missing parts, broken parts, and a ziplock bag of gears and this team somehow managed to look at it for 10 minutes and told me everything we'd need. Not only that, they also fixed it in a timeline that I thought would take much longer. I wanted the bike to be at least done by his birthday so I could surprise him with a fully functioning bike and they delivered wayyy sooner. I also disclosed the birthday surprise and the gentleman taking care of me, Paul, was so excited to be able to do something special for us. He even cleaned it up and made it look brand spanking new. The quoted price when I left was also the price I paid when I picked it up, so it was nice there were no surprises. I had to give the bike early to him since it was impossible to hide it and contain my excitement, but he absolutely loved it. Thank you all for making this a great gift and a special birthday present for him. I will be recommending Proteus bikes to anyone either looking for a bike or repairs in the future.
