This is hands down the worst pharmacy in North America. It would be worst in the world except for one in Zimbabwe. The standard wait to drop of an Rx is 45 minutes. The wait to fill one is 45 minutes. The wait to pick it up is 45 minutes. Total of 2 1/4 hours minimum. Still 90 minutes if you come back the next day. This applies even if what you are buying is pre-packaged so that all they must do is lift it off the shelf and ring it up. I don't mind the staff being rude and surly. I'm used to that from CVS. What gets me is that everyone here with an IQ over 85 got promoted to the deli department years ago.

The WORST customer service. This location's pharmacy is staffed by people who put their needs before those of their customers. One cash register and one tech getting people's prescriptions, even when they have 4 or 5 staff behing the counter and 5 or 6 people waiting in line. If one customer has an issue (which happens frequently) everyone else stands around twiddling their thumbs. Publix store management might seem to care, but nothing is ever improved, as the pharmacy is sub-contracted out so their attitude is "Ther is nothing I can do to improve this." Really poor customer service all around for a company that supposedly prides itself on customer service.

They had everything I needed. Store layout is nice.

My favorite place to get the best customer services in The Cape. Served up by a compassionate and curtious staff. Supporting excellent fair pricing. Plenty of parking with store cart to car trunk Loading. If it rains Publix still shines up your day with YELLOW RAIN COATS AND Huge Umbrellas. Thank you PUBLIXS.
