I hired TruGreen about a year ago. I can’t say that I was ever satisfied with their services. The front lawn was nice and green but it appears that they often missed the back yard, weeds were never controlled. I contacted the company multiple times in hopes to have the issues resolved, however; they simply came out for a “complimentary” retreat meant of the lawn. These weren’t so complimentary as I was later charged for the services. When I disputed the charges they deceived me into thinking that they had submitted a request to have the charges removed…instead what they did was send me to collections. Thank you TruGreen for the subpar service and for ruining my credit!

No they have farmed out everything over seas. I tried to make a payment over the phone and was told I had to go into the office. Terrible I'm not using them anymore.
