We were willing to give this pharmacy a try based on the reviews. We thought , well that can't be that bad. WRONG!!!! I agree with posts concerning this place. Very disorganized, I work for an insurance company. So I know how things work on both ends. There is no way you can tell me that you cannot fill a new prescription in 9 days. Also not to being able to fill prescriptions because you are out of a very common one? What pharmacy runs out of a very common item. Maybe during the height of the pandemic, but not now.

Alway’s issue’s with the CVS pharmacy, they really are terrible! Everything is Covid-19’s fault yet, there are plenty of other things in the world long before Covid. They no longer do same day medication refill it’s 24 hours. Even if they mess up .. Used to love this CVS now it’s a headache!

Stopped in to pick up a Covid 19 home test kit for my wife for a follow up to her PCR test last week. There were several cases on the counter by the register, the cashier suggested I go back to the pharmacy counter as they are free through my insurance. The people at the pharmacy take my info and insurance card then tell me it will take 1 hour! One hour for an item that is for sale at the register! This reassures me in my decision to use a small private pharmacy for my prescriptions and pay cash even though they would be much cheaper possibly free at CVS through my insurance. Thank you CVS for wasting an hour of my day off not to mention the gas wasted coming back to pick this up later.

If I could, I would rate this CVS Pharmacy a 0-star. By far the worst Pharmacy I’ve dealt with. The service is beyond slow inside and out. Not to mention how unprofessional and rude the staff are. Being a healthcare worker I work all day. I got to the pharmacy as soon as I could (7:50 PM). There was a long line, at 7:59 I was the last car to reach the window and the pharmacy employee put the closed sign up right in front of me and proceeded to tell me that they are closed. It was not my fault the line was long and the service was slow. There was still a minute to spare that I could’ve picked up my one prescription that I desperately needed. Very poor customer service and a very lazy employee who does not care about their customers.

Me, she was horrible!!! As well as Mary Ann. This pharmacy is ridiculously rude and uncaring.

Was hoping this would be my new CVS since the one at Pondella & US 41 closed, and the CVS Pine Island n US 41 is way to busy..However. After explaining I would wait for R.I was not notified that my Rx was ready and left to wander they store forever
