I was referred by my Retina specialist because I had difficulty finding a doctor I had faith in. My eyes need to be taken care of by the best doctor and I found him in Dr. Collins. The caring and concern he showed was the best. The professionalism not only the doctor but also by everyone there showed was greatly appreciated. Friendly organization and made great effort to help me. I would highly recommend him and his organization!!!

From the phone call to make the appointments with Dr. Collins to when we walked out the door after the appointment We were so impressed by everyone there. Thank you for your excellent service, your patience to detail to help us understand, and all around friendly attentive nature. Highly recommend Dr. Collins and his staff. Phil and Rose Lynch

I was experiencing eye pain & this office got me in right away. The doctor knew just what the problem was after a thorough examination & called in a prescription for me. I was more than satisfied with this provider & will return when needed.

Yes if you already know your prescription. I got a new pair within an hour with no problems.
Yes, your insurance should cover your comprehensive medical eye exam. UHC is currently waiving copays due to Covid-19. If you have any other questions, please feel free to call us at 352-674-3937. We are open 9-5 Monday thru Friday and 10am - 2pm on Saturday. Have a great day!
Yes indeed
No sir, we do not. We do however provide a much higher level of service and/or care than what VSP can provide. Both of our eye doctors provide the highest quality comprehensive medical eye care that, more than likely, your medical insurance would cover for you. We do accept major medical insurance such as United healthcare, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Aetna, CIGNA, among many others.
I would call them directly since they have the exact information. I saw them a month ago but in that time they could have stopped accepting my insurance.
Thank you everyone! Its difficult to keep up with all the various forms of social media these days. It certainly helps to have such a helpful community! We are so very fortunate! Mrs. Sparks, if you have any questions please feel free to give us a ring at 352-674-3937. We would be more than happy to help if we can. Have a great evening!
