We followed our vet Dr. Wehr to Medical Lake Veterinary Hospital about 18 months ago and we are so happy we did. She joined an exceptional practice of caring and knowledgeable partners who not only answer questions but actually solicit them and patiently explain their answers. The vet techs are great, taking their time and gently working with our pet and the front desk people are kind and considerate. The place has a comfortable and warm feeling from entering to leaving with satisfaction in care given. If your pet is a part of your family, this is the place for you.

All of the staff I've interacted with have been wonderful! I decided to go here because the receptionist was so understanding on the phone about me being anxious and having no experience taking my cat to the vet. The environment is nice. It hasn't been busy either of the two times I've brought my cat in, which made the experience much better for her. It's been a great experience for both my cat and I. She's generally very anxious, but the staff have been calm and gentle enough that she hasn't gotten scared to the point of physically reacting. They have all been very kind, especially during my first visit where I was very anxious about my cat.

We call on a Saturday to put our cat down. They got us in right away, and the staff was so kind and friendly on the phone. Very sympathetic. When we arrived it was so peaceful and a great atmosphere. They took us back right away to a room that was very warm and cozy. They made the process very easy and helped answer any questions we had. I can’t say enough kind things about how great they all were. Thank you for helping us through a very hard time.

Our cat all of a sudden was doing awful and in a huge amount of pain, they got him back right away. Not only did they save my kitty, they also took absolutely amazing care of him while they monitored him after surgery. One of the ladies worked with him so he would finally eat, and you could tell they really gave him love with high quality care. The price was by far amazing as well. We will be using them for all of our pet's from now on.
