This was our first time visiting in the little town of Kuttawa. We live about an hour away. I read reviews beforehand. We walked down by the small beach and swang for a minute. The beach appeared fairly clean. We spotted a deer, then walked the paved trail. It circles around the lake and back around. There are gorgeous water/lake views and photo opportunities with the family. It's nice and peaceful as you walk the trail. The day was hot & humid, but the peaceful wind blowing felt nice in the shade. There's also a pavilion and lots of tables and seating for someone wanting to eat a lunch by the water.

1.8 mile trail up and along Kuttawa Mountain. Paved on each ends for the climbs and gravel the rest of the way. Nice lookout at the top with two covered tables. Trail starts across from boat ramp on one side of town and exits (or begins) across from beach area.
