A great experience. After having a bad experience earlier in the morning at another location where I had an appointment, I decided to try this location close to my job so as not to waste my 24 hour fast. Even without an appointment, I had only a 7 minute wait! Everyone was very friendly & my whole time there was about 20 minutes (just because my veins weren't cooperating lol!). I was very pleased with their service and will definitely be making this my preferred location even though it's not the closest to me. Another plus: it's right next to a Darrell's Diner for those of us who are fasting and need to eat right after!

Waited weeks for blood test results and there is no way to communicate with someone at the location unless you physically drive there.

Xochil was the lab tech who drew my blood. She was very gentle and professional. I get squeamish when getting blood drawn and she made the experience painless and tolerable. I definitely recommend this Quest Labs location in The Villages.

They suck can't get good help.
You can if you can ever get through the electronic answering service. You can't speak with a person and the computer keeps routing you to different menus.
Talk to one of the employees they are more than willing to answer any questions you may have.
