Great little 9 hole golf course that is open to the public as well as those in campground. Does have gators in the ponds so be aware of your surroundings!

We have just signed up for 6 months, i do believe they have sites available for weekly, monthly for 2019 . You can check website for pricing. I would also call the office.
You should call the office, and have your name added to the list. It's likely more are seeking rentals than the number of rentals available.

We rent 6 months and stay 4some people have homes year round but only stay 6 month or less the majority are seasonl
From what I've heard the average is around $350 per month. Keep in mind live oak is one of your nicer gated communities. I wouldn't be surprised if it cost more. Remember the rule, you get what you pay for.
