Paid them rent in advance on two different lots and when we left ahead of time, none of our money was refunded to us. They don’t tell you this at the time you pay, just take your money. A business cannot have a 'No Refund' policy. It's against the law to say you will not provide a refund under any circumstances.

Unfortunately, I do not know their name. We are here now, and there is a new Manager in the office, but I have not met her.
We do not have cable. We use Century Link. They come into the park and will hook you up.
It would probably be better to give them a call and get first hand information.
Been there at least 2 - 3 timrs this year. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS ! This is NOT a kid friendly park. That includes teens.
