Go in and join. Only costs $30 or so a year and prices of drinks and food are much lower than public places. Take in your DD214 to prove service and start enjoying. Membership allows you into every VFW in the USA ,

The building had been in continuous use by the VFW for decades. The zoning issue is about parking due to our sale of the back half of the lot to the local branch of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP). Fraternal organizations such as ours and the FOP are required to have a certain number of parking spaces based on membership numbers. The zoning issue is about getting an exemption to that requirement since we both to use the same parking lot on different days, thereby counting the spaces twice.
