Walkable from home with a tennis court, basketball court, and awesome playground for the kids. Great place to learn roller skating.

Yes. It has some trails for running and walking and taking in the local flora and fauna. They are not long, so they are better for short runs. But they do connect to neighborhood you can use to extend the run.
