Thank you. We clean every day. We have a strict checklist of things to be cleaned daily as well as deep cleaning of equipment on Sundays. Please come in Sunday's at 1100am and you will see. We're a small business and ceiling tiles are very expensive to replace. The tiles themselves are affordable but don't just drop in like you think, requires a contractor (costly) We do the best we can. We do want to replace tiles, paint floors and a whole lot of other things. Thank you very much for commenting, their spot on. Jeff
