The food is tasty. Hot when delivered and good portions. The food deserves more stars for sure but I can’t even believe the terrible service I received today. Ordered several items for delivery for myself and a construction crew. When it arrived the Crab Rangoon’s were missing from the order as well as any utensils, napkins or the specific condiments I requested on my order. I ordered thru Uber eats and not only did I check the request for utensils, but I also put in special requests to please send. I figured I’d call the restaurant and give them a chance to make it right but the girl who answered the phone told me several times that the crab rangoons were sent. They did not send to me - maybe someone else got a free appetizer. I asked about the utensils and she said we don’t have those here. I knew it wasn’t true because I’ve picked up food there before, and they do. Eating Chinese food, including soup with no utensils was terrible. She could have made it right by sending the appetizer and some utensils. Instead she agreed with me telling me they sent the appetizer and they don’t have utensils. Terrible customer service, good thing there are several Chinese restaurants nearby with good food and service.
