A few months ago, I took a wrapped burger back to them because the wrapper was drenched in grease as well as heavy grease splatters on the sack etc. I was nice and just asked them to do a better job. Today I went to their drive-thru. The person taking my order was abrupt and seemed fed up with me being there, despite there being no other customers. I love the Whopper Jr meal. When I unwrapped it at home, it was obvious it had been under the warmer for awhile, or maybe it was from yesterday because the bread was soggy on the bottom and droopy on top, and it had just become lunchtime. I had ordered no cheese, but there was cheese plastered to my burger and bread. The other side had an overdose of Mayo slopped all over it. I hope Burger King corporate sees this because there’s a problem in our town. Most people in a small town would not complain publicly for fear of ostracism, but I’d rather have a great BK. Help! BTW, they’re doing a good job with the fries. Tasty!

Always slow even if only a few customers are there. I would live to blame it on covid or lack of workers but it has been like this since I moved down to cookeville in 2016. I keep trying to give them another chance but it never gets better.

This Burger King is a king, always has my order right and I have no problem waiting on food cooking because I usually come at odd hours and when I get a chicken sandwich thicker than a snicker it gonna take a moment to cook.
