This is a great hospital staffed by excellent people. I have been going there for about 10 years and seen the majority of all the departments and staff, I am yet to be disappointed. I sincerely hope they don't close this facility!

Good service there, friendly, helpful staff. I have been going there for the past 15 years. However, physical plant there is very ancient and needs modernizing significantly. Reminds me of World War II Era.

They are all to busy to help anyone. I'm trying to fix an issue and they have rescheduled twice. Why bother

Walter Horn | Sep 25, 2021
Rob D | Sep 25, 2021

That is the norm if you are in reasonably good health. You can make an appointment to see your physician anytime if you have concerns or go to urgent care if you are sick or injured anytime but you only need to get a physical once a year.

If you have stayed there, would you stay again if needed??

Msgenxr Empath | Sep 26, 2019
Christopher Horvath | Sep 26, 2019

Yes, unfortunately I've been here quite a few times but also other VA's. Every one is better in the own specific way, coatesville is great because of the numeral clinics, specialties, programs and resources, food 50/50. Martinsburg has an Outstanding PTSD program!!!, semi good resources, no specialties or clinics, food 50/50. Maguire Richmond VA VA has the biggest hospital building and campus, multiple surgery centers, many resources, no programs other than a psyc ward(which they have REAL toilets and sits in!❤️❤️) And the food has been the best I've had.
