My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time! The lake has a beautiful view and there’s lots of amenities. This is great for first time campers. The campground is laid out very well with lots of bathrooms. There’s also a general store a restaurant bar and even an arcade. Some days they even have a live band playing.WARNING LOTS OF BEARS. my one complaint is there is no bare boxes. This seems like a liability. It is also little pricey to stay here and they have a lot of rules. All in all this is a great family fun Camp Spot with a great beach! They even have an inflatable waterpark.

Honestly not worth the price. The campsites are super expensive (and they even tacked additional fees onto mine after I already paid). You have to pay an extra $35 to secure your site number, because they can change it at any time and give the good sites to the people who are able to pay more for a site you've already picked out and paid for. They do not provide bear lockers and bears WILL come onto the campground at night for food. Put your food in your cars and be prepared to engage in or listen to yelling and throwing rocks to scare them away. The bathrooms and showers are not kept up, and the doors don't work and it's generally just an awful experience. Plus some of the sites are super far away so good luck going to the bathroom at night. The campsites are not well maintained- some are on a hill, some have deep tire tracks that pose a hazard when it's dark, some parking spots have deep potholes, some sites are on a serious slope and have no good place for a tent so you and your belongings will be constantly moving around. The security guards are on constant patrol and are super strict about where you park, but don't feel the need to enforce the quiet time rule at 10. If you don't like staying up until midnight listening to drunk people partying and making howling noises, this is not the place for you. A large group of people start howling at about 10 every night and I have a feeling it's the employees because it happens every night, even on different weekends. The beach is so packed that it's hard to enjoy and the swimming area is so small that you can barely even bring a floaty. The only reason I even gave this 2 stars is because the area/scenery is beautiful and they have amenities such as a store and laundromat.

This is BY FAR the GROSSEST campground I have ever camped at! I am disgusted by humanity's lack of love to the environment. For crying out LOUD! These bathrooms have not been cared for AT ALL! This is how it looked when we arrived and as we leave. Also, for how much it is and to not even get a Hot shower! I'm truly upset and disheartened by how we as a human race treat our planet and others! Mother of all creation prime source creator sees all! This is acts against God against the animals against the children and all that is sacred! Praying this place gets shut down for Gaia's Sake! Awoman! May this review reflect all!

Right now, it is 11pm... and the camp ground is FILLED with music, idiots howling, dogs barking babies screaming, and car alarms going off. If SOMETHING is going on, we campers have not been notified. The grounds are clean, and full of amenities. The lake and beach are clean. There is a water playground here, but they want to charge $8/hr/person despite having already paid to camp here, no thanks. And forget about putting up an additional tent on a RV site; you will be forced to purchase a second site. There is a surprising lack of wildlife, but that's no fault of the camp ground. Have only seen squirrels, a couple different bird species, and blue belly lizards. Pets are allowed, but keep them on a leash. I would rank this higher, but as far as a vacation goes, sub par.
