Worst facility I have ever seen. Their caregivers sleep on the job and let the patients stay in their briefs for at least six hours or more. Some caregivers use the same gloves for different patients. That’s how the whole hallway ended up with patients who contacted C-diff. I even seen one patient playing in their poop. Everyone who gave it a five star works here. Only place I’ve ever seen who gets away with not providing care and still gets paid

The nursing home (Birmingham green) has one and Willow oaks (assisted living) has 2 floors.
Contact front desk, Google number, to be transfer to Admissions. It is a Assied Living Skilked Nursing Facility.
