This hospital does not care about reviews Or people opinions They have so many patients that use this facility It doesn't care about the few now If people stop going there Or They were losing money because of there bad service only then they would respond my mom had surgery there her ICU nurse didn't even give her bath before her surgery nor removed her dentures. The nurses there are so Unprofessional It unbelievable these people have a degree 🙄 If you can Avoid avoid avoid this hospital at all cost.....

My dad was brought to the ER at St. Francis downtown by ambulance. He was referred by urgent care because he was suspected of being septic due to high lactic acid levels. I followed by car and upon arriving the desk clerk couldn’t even locate him in the system. We have been in the ER lobby for 3 hours while I’m writing this. We have been told there’s no way to know when he will be seen. Not ever letting him come back if I have any say in the matter.

I called to find out what room my dear friend was in. After hearing the prompts of which number I needed to press which was #2 for patient room information, nobody ever picked up after 20 rings! I finally called back and chose #3 for the next representative. Finally I got to speak to someone. I asked what room my friend was in. The lady hesitated until I had to ask her if she could transfer me to her room. She said "yeah" and transferred me. If nobody is going to pick up the phone on option #2, then take it off the listing. I won't say anything about the operator saying "yeah" instead of "hold please". 😊

I honestly don't know how to answer this question... I met sincerely nice people here few weeks ago and a couple of people not so much. We took my mom there few weeks ago. She seemed to have a cold that she usually snaps out of. We didn't know she wouldn't come back out alive. 😢... they swore up and down even after 3 covid tests said negative that she had covid because she matched all the covid patients. Found out the day she passed away after being on the ventilator a week and getting worse that she was actually suffering with a lung disease caused from her chemo pill (cause she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer )Ibrance . Caused Sepsis, there was no reverse to fix her. Still hard for me to accept her gone. Like my heart was ripped out and stomped on. The whole time they said they didn't know what was happening to her.
Usually due to a high in house census. If there's nowhere for us to put you rather than keeping you on hold in the ER then our hands are kinda tied. We will hold you until a bed available upstairs opens up.
Bon secours main website should have an area where you can see current openings. be sure to select downtown if you want to work downtown and east side if you want to work east side. You'll see on the application like SFD (saint francis downtown) or SFE (eastside) try looking on bshsi.iorg
I can't speak on C-section procedures. I however prefer Bon Secours for medical procedures.
It should be. If you are going for your second shot, the sites usually take walk- ins.

Usually 8a-5pm and during emergent situations will security park your vehicle after those hours.
There's no way to guarantee a wait time estimate in the Emergency Room due to multiple factors. One being that we work off of time and acuity. so how long you've been there and what's going on.
