Horribly overpriced everything! They put all of the “valuable” stuff into glass cases and auction them off online. This is a scummy business, they literally get everything for free. Would not recommend going here at all.

It’s a hit or miss experience (luckily more hit than miss). The prices have gone up yet the quality is still the same. The workers could stand to be a little friendlier.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE I have put off writing this review for quite some time now because I myself work in retail and worked in a resale shop for 10 years and know the daily challenges one can face but I no longer can keep my mouth shut. I have shopped daily at this store for years as I work In Leesburg and truly enjoy taking my lunch breaks with a little thrift shopping and the Starbucks right across the street. With that said If I could take the $100-$200 I spent weekly here back over the last 3 years I would. This place has gone severely down-hill and the old women that work here need an extensive re training course in CUSTOMER SERVICE. The last few months of shopping at this place have been awkward. At first I chopped it up to maybe they are short on staff like everyone else, over worked and exhausted. OKAY, I understand but no! Weeks go by and new hires start and the same energy is felt when entering this store. Then menacing looks you receive when entering this place have become so unbelievable. It’s the most uncomfortably weird shopping experience ever. Everybody looks angry at all times. Like I said I used to work in a resale shop for years so I know how it works, new inventory goes out all day long. I would frequently call to ask if specific product had gone out yet so I could plan my lunch break around shopping at this place. My calls began getting ignored over the last few months. It was so unbelievable at first I would have a coworker call and see if they got an answer after my repeated calls got ignored. When somebody does answer it’s a grumpy lady yelling into the phone NO MAM nothing new today and then when you go into the store you see a ton of new product. The last phone call I ever made to this place was answered by the rudest woman named PEGGY. I was looking for work shoes for a coworker that struggles with income and made a phone call and by chance somebody named Peggy answer. I asked if any new accessories had gone out today for me to come check out on my break because if they hadn’t put any out I wasn’t going to waste the gas (gas prices are so high now) she replied by literally yelling into the phone NO MAM NOTHING NEW OUT TODAY AND NOTHING NEW WILL BE GOING OUT AGAIN FOR A REALLY LONG TIME! And then hung up the phone. I was left with my mouth hanging open staring at my phone completely confused. I’m not entirely sure what’s wrong with the women that work here or why everybody is so ridiculously rude at this store. Maybe because everything is donated they don’t have a lot of need to push sales, be friendly, build relationships and customer experiences like normal businesses? But I used to really enjoy shopping at this place and its sad to see what its turned into. On the bright side it has given me the push I need to explore the rest of Leesburg and the numerous other second hand stores that are in very close proximity. I went into use my last reward last week because I thought I’ve earned it dealing with these ladies, but it’s sad it took me a week to get in there just because I knew I was going to encounter some of the mostly unfriendly women in America. GET IT TOGETHER! YOU’RE A BUSINESS! LEAVE YOUR ATTITUDES AT THE DOOR! Customer service first

That is why I was there yesterday. The store itself is not open, but they are taking donations only at the Leesburg location. I would call them to verify, but I think they're taking two Nations between 11 and 4 Monday through
