Entirely too long to provide results. PCR test is one to two days, Sounds great! The actual process was very smooth and orderly ... But it takes 3 or more days to get to their lab AND THEN start the test

The reason I’m giving it a two star is because it takes too long to receive results. I did my test two days ago at 8:30am, and no results yet. Meanwhile, you’re at home desperately to know if you got Covid or not. Update: three days have past and no results yet. Contacted customer service and they can’t do much about it!! 😡🤬
