You can make your next appointment on line. Technician may have given you a list that you can choose from.
If you have an appointment for the second shot, you just have to fill out informed consent, bring your ID, the covid vaccination card a d your insurance card.
You get the shot inside. We had to wait outside for 90 minutes before getting inside. Things may be progressing more quickly nowadays.
Model Cities Senior Wellness Center does have a gym and food. Turkey Thicket has a 12 ft pool with a hot tub and they offer free senior water aerobics in the shallow end of the pool.
No but one can be obtained from Model Cities
