High prices, no employees to help with anything. I realize the name is self serv. But come on. It's 20 minutes to get there, or 40 for me to go to Lowes. I'll still go to lowes. At least at lowes I can get advise. & they are cheaper.

Ordered cabinets from Self Serve Lumber and all the employees were absolutely terrific. Trish is a joy to work with, a big sense of humor and terrific help. Tanya was very responsive to all our concerns and really good at her job too. Every employee was as patient, knowledgeable, and as helpful as could be. I think I would like a part time job there when I retire just to hang out with these folks.
