I have the worst experience with this office doesn't have a clue what service is they are rude and hostile, can't get help at all, I don't understand I'm on disability and I've had the worst time they still think I work and collect unemployment from the pandemic say I make too much money they turned off my Medicaid and food stamps plus it's not true, but want help , told me I needed appointment to come in there I just need help I don't have a computer

Yes they are open they do have paper application and online application depending on the state of your emergency and you can Walk in with no appointment. I did and filled out a paper application and computer application on Nov 8th can I was in need now but I want to the one in catonsville
