if I could've put 0 stars I would've. literally the worst apartments. terrible management. if you have ridiculously loud upstairs neighbors with several children and a dog, oh well. you just have to deal with it because they won't do anything. the laundry rooms are trifling and so are the hallways. long story short, don't move here :)

Don’t move here ! I don’t live here on a regular bases because I’m in school but when I come to visit my grandmother I notice that this building has a really bad mice problem she’s a very clean lady and keep her apartment clean so it’s not like she leaves food out for them to come eat , we’ve gotten rid of one just for another one to come back so that just made me realize it’s a mouse infestation in the building and it’s bad the leasing office does nothing it’s just bad .

That's what they do here
Living Conditions aren't the Hamptons, but it's a not too safe environment. Apartments are decent no upgraded bathrooms, very small Living spaces
We look over every application. We check to make sure that you income qualify before your application is ran. Once it is ran we look over everything as a whole. We encourage everyone to come to the office and apply so we can make try to make Huntwood Courts your new home.
