If you want to be cheated go to this store. I had gotten one of my crank arms replaced a while back and I told them specifically that my crank arm was 170 mm in length. I recently got my whole crankset changed and that's when I learned that they had given me the wrong size. Instead of the 170mm I had asked for they gave me a 175mm crank arm. This didn't have a huge impact in riding quality but I would expect to be given the correct part that I paid for. They could have just given me a call or email saying that they didn't have the correct one in stock and that would have been fine. However instead they lied and gave me the wrong crank arm. I repeat if you don't want to be cheated don't get your bike repaired here.

Went to fix a simple tire fix with tube on a mountain bike. Support local and small businesses however customers services is trash over priced to fix flat ; I get spend a little more for small business to stay in Buisness but $30 for a simple flat I should have went to REI spend $15 . 1st and last time shopping here should have listen to other reviews.

Great tube up service for my e- bike! I have a folding e- bike that most shops have no clue how to fix. The Bike Shop was even able to order and replace two broken spokes for my unusual 16" wheels. Definitely recommend and very well priced!
